“We visited Valley Billiards originally looking for a shuffleboard table. We found a great selection. My first impression was how nice the showroom floor is; very clean and plenty of room with lots of table options showcased. That can’t be said for some of the other suppliers we’ve been too locally.

Andy was GREAT to work with, we never felt pressured, in fact we probably visited the store 4-5 times before making a purchase. He is very patient and knowledgeable. One thing really impressed me working with Andy was that during the time we were considering which table to buy we were following the price of the same table on multiple web sites to see where we could get it for the least amount of money. The price of the table decreased significantly on billiards website, I went into the store thinking I would need to negotiate the price to get it the same (I don’t really enjoy negotiating). Instead, as soon as we walked in and starting looking at the table he proactively told us the price had dropped and that we could get it for the same price that was online, this was a pleasant surprise and isn’t a common experience with vendors.

Then, after measuring out the shuffleboard area in our basement we decided to try and fit a pool table, Andy helped us with the size requirements and gave us a great deal on a pool table! I will highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a game table. I give 5 stars in all the areas: Price, service, knowledgeable, delivery & setup, and of course they sell high quality stuff (That’s pretty obvious right when you walk in the store) As far as delivery, there were three guys (including Andy) who delivered and installed. They were fast! but also patient as we couldn’t make up our minds if we wanted the pool table moved a couple inches.”

I stopped by a couple other billiard stores, however was just meet with sleezy salesman. I went into valley spas and billiards and immediately I could tell the atmosphere was different.
